THE HOnORABLE BOARD 01<' JEFFERS .oN CQUNTY COIIIJiIISSIQHERS in regular session August
lCth, 1939, haVing carefully considered the advisability of closing a oertain portion
of road, whioh has not been in publio use for the past five ye81.'s,
NOW, THEREFORE, by authority of Seotion 52, Chapter 187 Session Laws of 1937, do
hereby declare .
'That portion of the old county road from Uncna to Woodman from the interseotion
with the East Uncas Road to the interseotion with State Road No. 9 - all in Seotion
24, TWp 29 N, Range 2 W, W. M.II
Closed ald vaoated and have instruoted the County Engineer to make the neoessary
oorrection en the road map of the County.
