The Board reQonvened on the above named date at the ~our of 1.0 o'Clock, A. M.,
with all members present.
Timber on Belleview, near Duckabush in Blocks 5 to ~6 wore sold to Walter A.
Kelly of Brirmon for ~~5Q.QQ to bo removed within six months time.
Commissioners were called to the Country to look over a dispute on road matters.

The following liquor permits were approved: T. B. Balch; J. H. Mosley; Jefferson
County Central Labor Counoil; H. W. Johnson; August Nagel and C. W. ~ecker.
The Board adjourned to meet on Friday, Septomber 8, 1939.
