WHEREAS, it is to the best interests of the People of Jefferson County that the Tibbals Lake
Road be 1mproved under the County Road Specifications,
WHEREt.S, the Publ1e Interests of the People ot Jefferson County demand the 1mproVelD8lIlt, and

BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Tibbals Islce Road be 1mproved, beginning at the swt sw;

\VHEREAS, the estimated cost of County Road Projedt No. 17 was $2499.10 and
VlHEREAS, during the course of construction it was necessary to increase certain qua.,tities, and
iHEREAS such increased has increased the cost of the project over and above the estimated

BE IT 'lHEREFORE RESOLVED that $29.39.69 be set aside from the County Road Fund for the
purpose aforesllid.
