RESOLUTION NO 129
V/HEREAS, it now appears to the Board of County COlIIlI:!.ssioners of Jefferson County, State
of Washington, that the Budget Appropration for the ;year 1939 is not sufficient to meet extra-
ordinal'Y' and unforseen obligations cc\ntracted to be paid in said year, and that a public
emergency now exists for that purpose, THEREFORm,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County, State of
WaBPXogton, in regular Session assembled, that there be, and hereby is appropraited feD the
CUrrent Expense Fund, FOUJ.nitundred Thirty-two and 50/100 (8432.50) Dollars, apportioned as

:Emergency Warrants upon said. Current Expense Fund not exceeding the detailed 8lllounts af'oresaid, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said appropriation hav:lng for its purpose the meeting of
mandatol'Y' governmenta1 expenditures re'luired by law, the said County Auditor be, and he is hereby
authorized to make the necessary disbursements to meet &uch emergencies without further
notice or hearing.

RESOLUTION NO 130.
WHEREAS,the estimated cost of County Road Project #19 was based on paliticipation of the
Works Progress Administration and,
WHEP.EAS, due to decrease of quota, t.'1e p1amlcd number of \':orks Progress Adrnini:::traticn men ~
needed for the named project, were not available, and
WHh'REAS suc.lJ. conditions necessitated the employment of labor to do such work as was
planned for the W.P.A. crews, and
Y/HERAS the cost of the project was increased over and above the estimated cost in the amount
of $616.39
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the additional sum of $616.39 be here~ set aside from the
County Road Fund, such amount being over and above the amount heretofore allocated for such project.
