The Honorable Board reconvened on the above named date at the hour of 10 A.M. with all members present, Mr. Johnson of Dabob appeared before the Board asking that a side road approach be built on the Port Ludlow road so that he could stailt logging and ViaS assured this would be done at once. WHEHEAS, it appears to. the satisfaction of this Board tha t the funds alloted for supplies and travel expense in the 1939 budget. for the office of County Auditor are exhausted, and, VIHEHEAS, it .furthe~ apwar6 to tbis Board t:Jat a substantial portion of the appropriation for postage and telephone & telegrams for said office remains unexpended, BE IT THE"rlEFORE RESOLVED, that the sum of $190 :from poahge and $2.5.00 from telephone and telegrams be transferred to the supplies of said budget; and the sum of $5.00 be transferred from telephone and telegrams appropriation to the travel expense appropriation of said budget, and the Auditor and Treasurer of Jefferson County, State of WaShington, are herewith instructed to draw and pay warrants against such account in not to exceed the foregoing sum.
