A petitiOn was brought in by Mr. McClure from the Crosby L1~terage Company asking that certain
unusecj roads in and near their present gravel site, be closed to the public, as follows:
- 1 - All unused rQadwa.ya that were made so ~.r t..1-:e ccnotruction of OOllllty project No 2.
. :2 - That portion of the county road system knovm as "County Road to Irondale water line" as
shol'lll on supplemental plat to the town of Port Hadlock from a certain point, said point being the ina
tersection of the named road of the west line of Crosby Lighterage Company property, thence over
8Ild aqross Crosby Lighterage Company property to am intersection with County road Projec~ No 2.
. ~ That portion of the county road from the extenoion of RandOlph Street (aupplemental plat
to the, town of Port Hadlock) to the intersection of County Road project no 2".
Tne petetion vms signed by ten feeeholders with bond properly executed.
The County Engine!Jr to investigabe and make a report on same.
Upon motion duly seconded the Board adjourned to meet again on Tuesday, Jany 2nd, 1940.
