mlEREAS it is to the best interests of the People of Jefferson County that the Nordland Road be improv d mml
under the County Road Specifications, and
WHEREAS the public interests of the People of .Jerferson COunty demand the improvement and
WHSHEAS the estimated cost of the project is $1500.00.
BE IT TllEREFO!U~ llliSOINED that the Nordland Road from the Ferry Laudin& thence alont:( the existing
road a oistance of 2.21 miles be improvod as provided under the provisions of Chapter 187, Session laws
of 1937, ~nd Chapter 181, Sossion Laws of 1939, and that the sum of $1500.00 be set aside from County
Road Fund for the purposes afore3uid.
