WHEREAS, said balance was not included in the County Road Budget tor the year 1940, as
adopted by the Board of County Commissioners, and
'WHERJilAS, said balance &hall be set aside tor construction purposes, as a S8Pplementsl budget,
BE IT THEREBORE R&'30LVED that we, the Board. of County Comnissioners, do hereby set aside the
aforesa.i.d SUlll to be expended far construction purposes iur the year 1940.
