I stated th.~t they were to make a sUI"/ey of some now defence roads, both within the City limits and the
country and IIsk that the County procure the right of way ;for such and that the Federl'll Covernment
would construct same with W.P.A. labor, this the Commissioners agreed to do.
The Board adjourned to meet again on Tiednesday J .Jany 15th, 191.1 at 10 am.

Upon T~otion made nnd seconded the County Enginecr was instructed to prepare bids for the purchase
of a new bulldozer for the county rand cquipncnt ar.d the hearing WaS set for Feby 7th, at 10 A.I:.
::?ids for furnishing gasoline to the county were opened and it Yf.1S found thflt [;11 the companies
prices were the S'lme. The bidoers were Shell Oil, Standard, Union Associated and Hichfield Co 1 s.
Upon motion made and second~d it WaS decided to distribute the purch~se of f,~s between t~e various
companies ~s follows: The Shell, Standard, Union and Associ~ted to each have delivery for two ~Ild one-
half months and the Richiield Oil the lnst two Tnonths of the year.
