illlEREAS a meeting of the various Canmi3sioner Bodies, Engineer and Welfare Officers of the
State of Washington - western district- haS been called, to be held in Ol;ym.:pia, Wash on Wednesday,
March 19th, 1941 and
WHEREAS "it is deemed advisable that the Corrunissioners attend the aforesaid meeting AND
VIHEREAS a meeting of the Nat'l State Planning Council is to ba held in Seattle on the i'ol1owing
day to discuss the matter of the proposed defence rOflde, which will effect Jefferaon Cowlty
BE IT 'ItlEREFORE RESOLVED that the Board of Jefferson COW1ty COIIUIlissionera proceed to Ol~pia and
Seattle on the above named dates and at public expense to attend the sesoioris on March 19th and 20th.
