The Honorable Board of Jefferson County Conmissioners met in regular session on the above named
date and at the hour of 10:00 A.M. with all members present. Mr. Arthur C. .Doren, Chair;na.n, Mr. Hugh
Nisbet and Mr. Bertil Kruse, members.
Mr. Grosse of the State department of Forestry appeared before the Board nth a re'li:Lsed list of
land which the State agreed to take over and protect frOll fire and look after for thE> COilnt.y "'.l"!d the
Commissioners signed the attached deed giving the custody of same to the state, (see a~tached deed)
the to&s~ of which is 13,396.68 acres.
