. BE IT 'l'HEiL"'FORE 2ESOLVED that portions of the Shine road be improved as provided 'fidel' the
pravisions of Chapter 187, Session LaWS of 1937 and Chapter 181, Session Laws of 1939, and that the
sum of ~6000.00 be set aside for the purposes aforesaid.
