It having been made to appear to the Board of County Commissioner~ that it is for the best interests 0
Jefferson County that the following described real estate belonging to said county be sold, now therefore,
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday the 10th daY of Novanber, 1941, at the hour of
10:00 o'clock A.M. at the Commissioners' roan in the CourthoUlle in the City of Port Townsend, Washing'con,
the Board of County Commissioners for Jefferson County, Washington, shall meet to hear evidence
and take testimony, should any be offered, as to the propriety and, advisability of maklUlg such
proposed sale, and any taxpayer in the county, either in person or by counsel, shall have the
right to be heard for Qr against auch proposition.
The property proposed to be sold is more particularly described as followSl
The North seventy (N 70) feet of Lots 6 and 8 in Block 42 of the
ORIGINAL TOrlNSITE of the City of Port Tovmsend, Jefferson County, Washington.
