'~"-I- '!he Board 1mtr of Jefferson County Comm:l.Bsioners meet on the above naned date and hour with all members present. Arthur C. Boren, Chainnan, Hugh Nisbet and Bertil Kruse, members. It being the timo and place for the opening of the bide for the supply of County Gas the following bids were on hand: ' Union Oil Company, Shell 011 and Standard Oil Co. Upon opening the bidl'J it WaS found that the Shell Oil and Standard had su1:mitted bids of Eythel Gas 14.85 ~ Regular 1.3.22~ per gal while t..'1.a Ur&ion Oil Co Was scmawhat higher iUid so the award was mada to tha Shall and Sta.,da.~. The bid of the Tidewater Associated Oil CO W&S reoeived too late and it was found that their bid WaS the same as the Shell and Standard. '!he Board prooeeded to the Trea!."urer's offioe to count the cash and this WaS found to be correct as follows.
