for p~ment by the Commissioners of Jefferson County, and

January 1942 had expired and the approprlation for 1941 had :r,oeverted back to tJie general,

and an agreement had been signed with the U.S. Forest Service to pay the same, ..
BE IT RESOLVED that an emergency exists and that the amount of $350.00 alre.o<:i.y approved
for payment be paid and the Treasurer of Jefferson County is hereby direoted to honor a
warrant draY/n by the County Auditor in favor of the Tr.easurer of t..I1e Unit.ed Stll'tes of
America for this amount.
