Jef.ferson County, State of Washington, assembled in regular sessionl and it appee.ring to said
Board that
V/HEREAS by Ct:~pter 69, of the Session Laws of the State of W2.shintton for 19431 it has becar.e
necessary to appoint a court reportri for the Superior Court of Jefferson CountYI and
'MlEREAS Said repol'ter is to receiva a regular monthly salary to be borne by the State ot
Washington, the County of ChlJ.Gjn, and the CountJ. of Je,fferaon, and
Wii"EREAS it appears that the ana:M3 or liei'i'erson County therein should be the lliilOunt ot ~60.75
per month, plus expens'es, and
ViHEREAS such appointment and the payment of such sl1.l.ary was ,lot foreseeable to this Board at
the ti=:: of adopting the budget for t."le yet!.r of 1943;1
IT IS HEREWITH ~OI.vED A.'lD ORDERED that an emargenay is herewith declared and the Auditor of
Jefferson County, 'Wa.shington is hel'eWith directed '.:.0 set up :i.tams for "COUDt Reporter Salary" and
Court Reporter Expenses in the budget for the Superior Court of said County in the BIIlount of $400 .00
for Salary and $200.00 f.or expenses, and the TreaSUI'er is herewith tllirected to pay ,any vouchers duly
drawn and presented to him by said Auditor up-on au~h items.
