This matter having been duly considered by the undersigned Board of Commissioners of Jefferson
County, Washington in :regular meeting convened this 4th day of October, ,194.3, and
WHEREAS, it appears that there is recorded in Volume 53 of Deeda, pages 120 to 132, inclusive, a
tax deed made by J .H. Peterson, as Treasurer of: Jefferson County, Washington, to the County of
Jefferson, including the following described prooerty:

in 'Township 30 North, Range 1 West of the Willsmetta Meridian, lying east 01' State Road No.9;
