The Honorable Board of Jefferson County Coirmisatoners m6t on the above named date at the hour of
10.00 A.M. With all members present. Arthur C. Boren. Chaixman, Hugh Nhbet and Bertil Kruse, menbers.
The minuteD of the March session wore read and approved.
The resignation of Dr. 000. Bangerter WaS received by the Cam1issionerrl and accepted as effective
May 1st, 1944. . .
The Board and Audi to~ . proceeded to the Treasurer's office and oounted th~ cash on hand, in the
amount of $853.34, net total bank balance as of MeroS 1st or ~361,458.26
It b8ing the time ana place for the placing of Car Fleet insurance the Board decided to let Mr.
Harry Heyden write tile imlurance and th,.t he devide the GmQunt of premi\l1ll between the other insurance
men in town, namely: Geo Waleh, Harry J.nderson, Fred Eisenbeis and Jnck Carroll, Jr.
The Board adjourned to meet again on Tuesday, April 4th at 10 A.M.

A Bid of $50.00 WaS received by the Board for an old (not in use) truck now at the count.)" shop
and as there was no other offer it WaS ordered sold to one William Bitlhop for that sum.
