this Board of COlI1lIIissioners for a vacation of said proparty. and
WHEREAS due notice ot the p~ndency of lIdd petition WaG given by the posting of notices thereof for
more than twenty days preceding this hearing, in three of the most publ.1.c plo.cee in the vicinity of aaid
real estate Said notices containing a description of the property to be 'V'acated:i and
~ it appears that Said petition is reasonable in that !:laid Monte Lalla is the sold ownar of
said Addition and no other member of the public could be adverrmly affected by this vacation,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AND ORDERED that all of Attridge Addition to the TO"ImSite of Ironda,le is
herewith vacated and said tract shall hereafter be carried upon the county property and tax assasment

WHEREAS notice of this hearing "as given in the manner required by la" by the posting ot 'l'fl'"ltten
notices in three public places in the county sellt and in at least one conspicuous place upon the
County roads upon which appliCation is made at least fifteen (15) days before the day fixed for this
hearing and by publishing a like notice two t:1mes in the Port / Tcnmsend ~ader, the last publication
thereof being not lesfl than five (5) days before the date of this hearing, a copy of which notice
together with the affidavit of publication thereof is in the records of this Board of County
