The Board and A uditor counted the Treasurer's oash and .found it to be correct in the amount 01' cash
on hand of $l.252.18 end the certified bank bue.nce of $525,969.69 as 01' March 31, 1946.
A group of City councllmen and the Mayor and Clerk met with the Board. I'Ellative to the street
oiling program and after carofuJ. consideration of the oiling plan a motion was maoo by Mr. Milroy
seconded and Passed that the County stand Ol"l&-ohalt t.l'1e expense 01' the City oiling program.
