The Honorable Board of Jefferson county Commissioners met on the above named
date and hour with all members present; Arthur C. Boren, ChaIrman, Jaok Farrell and
Tom 114111'0'1, members.

of Clallam County, the Board prooeeded to port Angeles and disoussed the new He~lth
setup as proposed br Dr. Benham.

CLALLAM Be JEFFERSON COUNTIES.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners are in regular session this 2nd
day of July~ 1946, with all members' pr~sent, and
WHEREAS, it appears 1jO the Board of County Co111ll11ssioJlllers that an Olymp1c
Health Distriot should b~ established in aooordanoe with the authority granted in
Chapter 183, LnW~ of. le16.
NOW ~HEREFORE I~ IS HEREBY RESOLVED that it 1s the intentIon of this Board
QOd that this Boar~ by this resolutio~ hereby establishes the Olympio Health District.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that not1ce of the establishment of the Olympic Health
Dlstrict b& given to all of the inoorporated oities and towns in Jefferson county,
o.nd that the offioials of such oities and towns be edv13ad 'that the membership of
suoh oities and towns in this district health bo~~'is solioi~ed and desired.
