~treet in Irondnle and had a sufficient number of signers upon same nnd also posted a bond for
~lOO.OO nnd the Oounty ongineer was instructed to examine the proposed vocation and report to the
:Board.
A motion was made ~ eeconded ~d passsd to have withdrawn from the forthcomil18 land sale

to serve on the County :Board of Health and Mr. :Boren and Mr. Milroy were chosed to serve.

Upon motion made by Mr. Farrell. seconded by }Ir. Milroy end passed it was decided ~o hfi!lze the
yard in be.~ of the Oourt Houso finished in the ne~T black top for which Wm n~el is the agent.
The estimated cost of same to be aroun d $1500.

Board relative to the Ajx Port now used ~ the Oounty and which they are at this time
leasing 1'rom the Government and they presented ~ plan to the :Board for the County to acquire

A request WaS received from Cc Treasurer S.V. Peach. asking that the 1937 personal property
taxes in the sum of, $1697.8) ~9 cnncelled. there1'o~e the following resolution:
