Toxnsend Militpry Reservation, Jefferson Oounty Washington. together with the following buildings located on the premises, a hanger, a q~ter building, one pump house, water tower, together with the water distributing system, fencing and drainage syateme subject to exioting easments and roads, highways, public utilities, ra,ibTays and p pe lines. Major Hopkins of Duckabush called upon the :Board relative to the granting of a franchise to the MElson County PUD No.1 to run ~ pwer line up to :Drinnon and thereabouts and they were assured that such a franchise '\-Tould be' granted when and at the t1m~ the Mason 00 PUD submitted a request in writing and their plan of oporations. ~lr.
