The Honoraole ~oard of. Jafferson Co~ty Oommissioners met on the above dato and hour ~dth all
members present. .
The minutes of the October meeting were read and approved.
Mr. \.,i tzke and Mr. Scbmocker and also M. C. DeLeo called on the ]Ionrd reln t1 va to tho rond
leading into Crocker L ke property now owned by Mr. Witzke. ,~hich passes thru Hr. Schmocltol"O property.
The ~onrd called in t~ !.ngineer and instructed him to look into the :tnot thnt n now 10cnt1on Ilould
be a great improvement over the present one.
It being the time and place for the hearing on the $4000 emer8onoy Reool~tion No. BA220 for tho
Jefferson County Air Port and having been properly advertised and notioes of honrinc eivon and no
one appearing against the Resolution. upon motion made by 09~i~aioner Milroy, oocondod by Mr. rnrrall
and unanimously passed by the Board it wae ordered that the sum of $4000 bo Dot naide for the
improvement and building up of the present air field.
. . Motion was made by Mr. Milroy, oscond4d by Mr. Ferrell ~d paeced to pny tho now duo $200
rental for the present County Air field. now under le sse but which in oup~onod to be eivon to the
County by the WaD Assets Corp.. and the Auditor Was instructed to pay tho Dum at once.

Reports were received from the Oounty Er~1neer relct1vs to tha graveling of apvrox1mntely
one mils of 12 foot rond with turnouts o~ what is now kno~m as the Andy Cooper Rond, nGW location
and the estimated cost would be aoout $32,5.00 and also on the Ssven Sisters ~eeoh ROnd at Shine
a 12 foot ~~de rond with turnouts:
Graveling approximately one mile.
Removing several points with excessive grade
Approximately 350 1in. feet of culvert.

The following report was received from the Engineer as follows:
liReport on proposed road froLI Shine Road to South Point Ferry Landing. II
The route of this road would follow along the shore line and be bnck from
three to eight hundr~d (30n=~On) !~~t: The totel le~gth ~o~ud oe &bout t~~c~ =ilou
and all except the last one-quarter mile would be comparatively easy construotion
with no steep g~(~es. There is one deep canyon to cross and Gevera1 smnll one;, none
of ~,hich will be very difficult. The lpst one-qUarter mile ill ~ shear bank about
one hundred fifty feet high, aud the lo~ation would have to be either along the beAch

method will ~e expensiv~.
