Honea Building ~tnd" in oontamplnt1on of n grnnt of f~~d8 from the Wnshington State Devolopement
Boprd to assist in DIl\king necessary alterations and repa.irs to the Jefferson County Oourt House, llnd
WHEREAS: The WnBhin~ton State Development Board has allocated $67.485.00 to the Project No.
26e2-ll8 for "alterations and repairs of County Court House by Jefferson County"
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: (1) That as provided by regulations of the Washington State
Developemtnt Board. the "Court Houlle Building Fund II , henceforth shall be knO"ffi as the "Jefferson
County Court House Alterations and Repairo- State Development Fund"; (2) The allocation of the
Washington State ~velppment Eoard, and the transfers heretofore authorizod to the Court House
Euilding Fund II , predecessor to the "Jefferson Cpunty Court House bftdil'lgv!lmll"ALTEElATIONS and.
REPAIRS- State Development Fundll shall constitute the ",hole of said fund. and. ehall represent the
Bnticipated construction of said project. Expenditures from said fund ohall be according to law
und 'xnder regulations as established by the Washingto n State Development Eoard.
