The part1es hereto agree that:
(1) Within the oalendar year of 194'1, Mosley wlll
Qlear01lt all stand1n.g timber on the County Mrport pro:perty
recently acquired from the United States Government, in
Section 33, Township 30 North, Range 1 West, W1llamette
Meriuian and ~ll burn all slaahinga.
(2) .Mosley will 9al1 S'..:.eh timber when removed for
the aooount of the oounty.
(3) Mosley will assume all liability for injuries or
dAmAgeS re~lting from ~tt1ng such ~imber.
(4) The County will pay Mosley 94% o"t the reoeipts
trom the sale of such timber.
