Jefferson County Fair Grounds Which was leased pursuant to Resolution No. B-169 dated I:
March 1, 1945, and Resolution No. C-30 was signed by the members of the Board as fol101!S:

Range 1 West Jefferson County, also kno\~ as the old Jefferson County
Fairgrounds, containing approximately fjve (5) acres, more or less, and,
\rclEREAS, said premises .are no longer required by the United States of America,
therefore,
IT IS RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County that a
release of said lease be executed, pursuant to the terms contained in a copy thereof
hereto attached.
