Chairman, and Tom Milroy and Gp-orge Huntingford, Commissioners, the following resomutio~

strator, has bargained for a perpetual easement over and across the following-described ,I
p.roperty, the title to which is vested in Jefferson County, '''ashington, and is being so~d

2 West of the Willamette Meridian, Jefferson County, Washington, which lies within a II'
strip of land 200 feet in width, the boundaries of said strip lying 50 feet distant I
easterly from, and 1 50 feet distant westerly from, and parallel to the survey line of \11
the Shelton-Fairmount transmission 1:Ine, as now located and staked on the ground over,
