At a meeting of the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County, State of
Washington, held on the 15th day of December, 1947, there being present Lyall Arey,
Chairman and George Huntingford and Tom MIlroy, Commissioners, the following resolution
was proposed, seconded, and adopted by a vote of a majority of said Board:

"WHEREAS, the United States of America, by and through its Bonneville Power
Administrator, has bargained for a perpetual easement over and across the following-
described property, the title to which is vested in Jeffer..'on County, Washington, and is
being sold under ,contract to Oscar Udq and Florence 1Jdd, husband and wife, to-wit:
"That porti~n of Government Lot 1 of Section 6, Township 28 North, Range 1 West, ,
of the Willamette Meridian, Jefferson County~ Washington, which lies within a strip of ::
land 200 feet in ,width, the boundaries, of sdd st.rip lying 50 feet distant easterly fromi
and 150 feet distant westerly from, and parallel to the survey line of the Shelton-Fair-'
ount transmission line, as now locate,d and staked on the ground over, across, upon, and!
r adjacent to the above described property,said survey line being particularly described

"Beginning C1.t survey station 2320 ... 82.8 a point on the south line of Section 7,
ownship 28 North, Range 1 West, W. M., said point being West a distance of 1528.0 feet
rom the quarter section corner on the south line of said Section 7; thence N. 90 30' W.
distance of 2867.2 feet to survey station 2349 ... 50.0; thence N. 00 57' W. a distance
f 7810.3 feet to survey station 2427 ~ 60.3 a point on the north line of Section 6,
