II WHEREAS, the sum of $22,500.00 waG budgeted by Jefferson County Commissiontl:i:'s for , i!the Jefferson County Court House Alteration and Repair, State Development Fund No. 26-2- I ,: llS, and whGreas only $20,438.,0 was expended and whereas the balance remaining in the fund wa~' transferred to the Current Expense fund inadvertently, without making allowance II for two bills amounting to $704.82, NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Jefferson County Commdssioners that II the County Treasurer be authorized and directed to pay the sum of $704.82 in satisfactio~ of two claims to-wit: I i Co~ton Engineering & Shipbuilding Corp. $442.00 I MIller & Ahlson, 262.82 I, I.
