electric pO~ler transmission lines and wires, and appurtenances convenient thereto, with II
the right conferred upon the grantee to maintain and keep the said parcel of land at all'l
times free and clear of trees and brush, and of all structures or materials which inter- I
fere or create a hazard in connection with said electric power transmission lines, wires'l'l
and appurtenances convenient thereto, with the right to remove danger trees, if any, II
located beyond the limits of said right of way, and with the right at all times to go I

In the matter of Miscellaneous
Surveys
Resolution to make miscellaneous surveys
where necessary.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS THAT it is their
intention to survey miscellaneous roads and etc.
BE IT FilllTHER RESOLVED that for the foregoing proper county road purpose there is
hereby appropriated sums in the follOwing detail:
