WASHINGTON I September 15, 1948. An Agreement and Resolution No. C-64 was signed by the Board regarding Qui1cene-Cei1tel~ Road, $17,701.42 to be spent 1n State funds on the above road: I .., WHEREAS, under and by virtu9 of the terms of that certain agreement made and efttered into by and between the County of Jefferson and the State of Washington, acting through its Department of Highways and the Director thereof, under date of SeptemboI' 15, 1948, the State will act as agent for the County of Jefferson in the participation of said County with the Public Roads Administration under the provisionsof the Federal Aid Road Act of 1944, for the construction of Federal Aid Project 5-0497 (l) Quilcene to Center copy of which agreement is hereunto attached, now referred to and by such reference incorporatmd herein and made a part hereof, now, therefora, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that said agreement be and the same is hereby ratified and approved; and BE IT HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Highways be and he is hereby authorized and requested to make expenditures as p-r~ necessary from auailab1e state funds for and on behalf of the County of Jefferson to the extent of Seventeen thousand seven hundred olBand 42/100 Dollars ($17,70l.42) as a part of said County's participating share and costs in the above-mentioned project, reimbursement therefore being hereby pledged as a part of this resolution, to-wit: That there shall be and there hereby is reserved, set aside and appropriated from the imEx Washington State Develo~ant Board Fund of the County of Jefferson Seventeen thousand seven hundred one & 42/100 Dollars $17,701.42), which sum is to be held by said County in trust for the sole and exclusive purpose of making reimbursement therefrom to the State of Washington for such expen- ditures made by said State for and on behalf of said County as a part of said County's participating share and costs in the above-mentioned project. When and as the County is billed by the Director of Highways for reimbursement for such expenditure made by the State such billings when properly supported by current accumulative estimates of that totai cost of the aforementioned project to the date thereof shall be prowptly paid by warrant or warrants drawn on the Washington State development Board Fund to the extent of the appropriation hereby made, reserved and set aside and allocated to such use and purpose.
