The Honorable Board of Jefferson County Commissioners met in regular session, in the \1
Court House et port Townsend, et 10:00 A. M., with ell members present. . "
Mrs. Louise Solibakke appeared representing the Chlmacum Parent-Teachers' Associati~n
relative to Rhododendrons on the County road between the Grange Hall and Ness' Corners, II
reques'ting that if' land 16 logged that Rhododendr9ns be spared. The Board informed Mrs. II
Solibakke that the County has a 60 foot right of wa,y and that no Rhododendrons will be cpt
on the County right-of-way. !I
Mr. Wm. C. Becker appeared requesting that work be done on the Clearwater Bridge. II
The Board informed Mr. Becker that the work will be done immediately after the first of I
the year. I

RESOLUTION NO. C-65. ~'!
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners for Jefferson County having been fnforme
that an action has been commenced and is now pending in the Superior Court for the Statel
of Washington for Jefferson County, the same being entitled Gustave A. Johnson and Mari ,
L. Johnson!. husband and wife, plaintiffs vs. Jefferson County, defendant, and is an acti~n
to quiet t tle to certain lands and premises belonging to the plaintiffs, and it appearing
to thi s board from an examination into the: subject matter thereof that the public intere~t
will not be periled by the adoption of this resolution, therefore, !1
BE IT RESOLVED 'II
That the. Prosecuting Attorney for Jefferson Cou~ty be and he is hereby authorized t~
stipulate by and with the attorney for the plaintiffs in said action that Jefferson Coun~y
disclaims any right, title, interest, lien or estate in and to the following described i)
real estate and premises, to-wit: !I
