Monday, November 1, 1948. The Honorable Board of Jefferson County Commissioners met in' regular seosion at 10:00 A. M., this day. Robert Hart and Arthur Garrett appeared'on the vacation of streets in Jupiter City, ji which was advertised for hearing at this time. Robert Hart testified thfl,t notices ware i: post0d by him on the property. Notices were duly published in the P(')rt Townsend Leader, Ii and affidavit of publication was duly fUed. No objections having been filed, the Board!i signed Resolution No. c-68 8S follows: I, ': RESOLUTrON NQ. 0-68, RESOLUTION AS TO VACATION AND ABANDONMENT OF PUBLIC ROADS WHEREAS: Then freeholders have petitioned ~or the vacation and abandonment of the following county roads: Railroad Avenue and County Road from South boundary line of JUpiter City Addition north between 'Blocks Numbers 1, 2, 14 and 15 to Miller Avenue. Commercial Avenue betw~en Blocks 14, 15, 16 and 17. Walker Street between Blocks 16, 17 and ;0. Smith Avenue between Blocks 1, 2, 14, 15, 16 and 17.
