vote ot a majority ot its members, in conjunction with Stillman C. Brown and Lucielle
Brown, husband and wife, contract purchaser~, execute and deliver to the United States
of America a deed conveying an easement in, over, upon, and across the real property
first Qb~ve described, tor the construction, operation, maintenance, repair, rebuilding
and patrolling of one or more electric power transmiss10n lines and wires, and appur-
tenances convenient thereto ~ with the ri gilt conferred upon the grantee to maintain and
keep the said parcel of lanQ at all times free and clear of trees and brush, and of all
, structur0S or materials which interfere or create a hazard in connection with said
electric power transmission lines, w1r~s, and appurtenances convenient thereto, with
the right to remove danger trees, if any, located beyond the limits of said right-of-way
and with the right at all times to go upon said land for any of the foregoing purposes."
