Thore having been several budgets accounts overdrawn' during 1948, the Board signed
Resolution No. 0-73 and fixed January 17th as the date of hearing for same:
RESOLUTION NO. 0-73
\lIHEREAS at the time of making up the 1948 Budget the rising cost of labor
and materials could not be foreseen and
