roads. It was brought out that over an ei~teen year period, schools were give 46% and
roads 54% of the funds. The Commissioners stated the reason for the distribution this II
year is due to the excessive damage to the roads during the past winter, and the high ~~s~
of repairs to same. II
" Mr. Shelby from the Chimacum school spoke on the needs of Chimacum School for their ~
building program. MlS. Harry Swanson spoke for road work on the Swansonville Hill for the
benefit of the school bus. Mr. Elton Guthrie from,Chimacum District spoke on the farm pr gram
