The county road purpose herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public necessity
and the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to report and proceed
thereon as by law providedo
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by day labor in accordance ,nth
the Standard Road and Bridge Specifications of the State of Washington as adopted by
this Board.
ADOPTED this 4 day of Aprill 1949.
