The Board of Jefferson County Commissioners met in regular session at 10:00 A. M.,
at the Court House, with all members present. Mr. Martin Parkko, Shine, appeared relative
to the sale of the Shine Cemetery, now owned by JeffersOIl County. No objections having'i
been eriBred, a motion WAS made by James Yarr and seconded by Lyall Arey that a date be:
fix,ed for public sale of the Shine Cemetery. Motion carried. Date to be fixed in futur~.
After duly advertising and posting notice for Bonneville Power lines to cross the
, County roads at various places in the County, the board signed franchise as follows:
