WHEREAS, it appears to the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners .~'
of the State of Washington, that it is to the best interests of the said
county and the people thereof, that the hereinafter described reRl estate,
lands and premises acquired and o...med by said County, by virtue of 'l'ax .'
Foreclosures, sales, should be sold -
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED - That all tge hereinafter described
real estate, lands and premises are to be sold in the manner prescribed
by law, all of the lands, real estate 2nd premises lying and being in
the County of Jefferson and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

The Board convened at 10:00 A. M. A pile driver hammer was sold from road ~
equipment by private sale to Leonard Johnston Logging Company for $125.00.
Bids \Vere called for furnishing Jefferson County with one truck with dump body
and hoist to conform to specifications prepared by the County Engineer. Bids ,dll be
opened at'2:00 p.m., June 0, 1949. '
Jess Tiffany County Agricultural Agent, reported to the Board on matters pertain-
ing to the Agent'~ office.
\'lednesday, May 4, 1949.
The members of the Board spent the day in Island C011nty and Snohomish County inspect-
ing newly surfaced roads.
Thursday, May 5, 1949.
