The Honorable Board 01' Jefferf.lon County Commissioners met at the Court ROUB e,
Port Townsend, at 10:00 A. M'r with all members present.
Minutes of the last S88810n were read and approved as read.
A report from the Pugot Sound Navigation Company for the Edmonds-Port
for the month of October, 1949, was received showing a profit ot $6,510.42
month.
Bids were received for gasoline, oils and grease8 for Jefferson County for 1950,
were opened at 2:00 p.m., as follows:

licenses. A motion was made by Jamas Yarr and seconded by Tom Milroy that nothing less Ii
than $1200.00 w111 be accepted and January 9th is the dead line for operation of machine~i'

The Board met at 10:00 A. M. It was moved, seconded and carried that gasoline and
diesel bid be awarded to the Sb~ll 011 Company for 1950. Oils and greases will be l~f't
to the discretion of County auQhorities. The contracts were signed by Chairman Arey.

In accordance with Chapter 156, of the Session Laws of 1949 of the State of Wash-
ington pertaining to County Roads -
IBE IT ALSO RESOLVED, that monies in accordance with s Edd Chapter 156 of the Session
::1949 of the State of 1'/ashington be herewith transferred to the Equipment Rental and
!Rtwo1ving Fund from the County Road Fund to the amount set forth in the J.950 County
IBudget as the money beoomes available. '
