No persons appearing objecting to Emergency Resolution No. ~-l05 relative to
over draft in Jail. budget, the Board passed the same. "
Representatives from the Ford, Plymouth and Chevrolet Companies bid on cars with
the old 1946 Oldsmobile as a turn-ln. Bids were received as follows: '
Chevrolet - $a40.00
Ford a, - 1211.33
Plymouth - 1349.14
It was moved, by Tom Milroy and seconded by James Yarr that the bid of Buhler
Motor Company in amount of $840.00 be accepted. The motion, was unanimously carried.
Mr. J. H. Madden, Jr., representing Boy Scouts of America appeared. A m~tion was
made, seconded and carried to adopt a Resolution vacating a road in the property owned
by Boy Scouts of America. The County En.e:ineer reoorted the road ghoul cl be vacated and
