RESOLUTION NO. C-109.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Jefferson County Commdss10nere that the sum of
$155,610.43 from the Forest Reserve Fund be divided equally between the Jefferson County
Schools and the Jefferson County Roads, 8S follows:
$11,935.21 to the Jefferson County schoole
$77,935.22 to ~~e Jefferson County Roade.

appeared before the Board requesting a nurse for Qulleene School Dhtric't. The Board ,
members informed the peti tionore tha t the mandatory levy was g1 ven to the school die tri ct
: and it is their business to portion the money out as they see fit. Tho Board does not ,:
have any voice in the distribution of th13 money in the distr:l.cts.
After confarring with the county engineer on road problems.r. the Board rec0ssed at
3:00 p.m. to meet again in regul~r session on Monday Febnlary ~Oth.
