Mr. H. J. Carroll and Mr. William Everts appeared in behalf of Jefferson County
Saddle Club relative to the use of Jefferson County Fair Grounds. On October 17, 1949
the Board granted use of the grounds to the Saddle Club for the balance of'1949 and
during 1950 unless taken over by the Fair Association.
An application for County land was approved for
. Clinton C. Loid - for the 5i NE;SEi and Ni NW!SE; SEi - $125.00 offered.
