That Preston, Thorgrimson & Horom tz, attorneys at law of Seattle, Washington, ill
be and they are hereby employed to perform tho services above set forth and as compen- II
sat ion therefor the county agrees to pay them the sum of Five Hundred Fifty Dollars ::
($550) and, in addition thereto, agrees to reimburse said counsel for any out-of-pocket I[
expenses such as telephone tolls which they may incur in the performance of said service:",;
provided, however, that in the event the proposition for the issuance of said boads Shalf
fail to carry, sald counsel shall be paid the sum of One Hundred Fifty DollRrs ($150) ;,

matters be retained to draw the resolutions, notices and other documents necessary
for the issuance and sale of said bonds and to give their opinion as to the validity
thereof at the time of their sale;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Co~~issioners of Jeffereon
County, Washington, as follows:
The county further agrees to furnish said counsel at their office in Seattle, Wash-i
ington, with a complete certified transcript of all proceedings taken in the matter of
the issuance and sale of said bonds.
ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County, Wa.shington, this
4th day of October, 1950.
