traffic on said above-mentioned road or thAt Nill Give preference to local routes \mich
intersect with said ro[td, other than by the erection or installation of "Slow" and/or
"Ca11tion" signs or signaln, or that will unreasontlbly hinder or delay traffic on said
above-mentioned road, and u.1til ::md unless the COllnt~r of Jefferson will agree, by suit-
able resolution, to adopt the grades of the improvement as the grades of the county
road that. is involved, and agree to protect the State of ~ve.shington 8eai.nst any and all
claims for dama,Ses on account of any changes of grades and constr1lction of this pmprove-
ment, and until and unless the CrJllnty of Jeffernon will a[:;ree to maintain said improve-
ment wi thin the 1imi tos of the County of Jeffer,;on after the improvement has been com-
pleted;

United St9.t,es of America oonstructing said road and routing. t.r8ffic on same over and
