The Board convened at 10:00 A. M. Resolution No. C-l.39 was signed transferring
amounts in the 1950 budget from surplusages in the "Salflrif~s and \'Iages" brackets to cover
some dafici ts under <<Maintenance and Operation". This ,",'as by direction of Mr. Richard
Thorerimson 111'10 is handling 'the bonding for CnrTGnt Expense.

WHEREAS, it appears in the 1950 Current Expense Budget, that certai.n items were
overdrawn, and other items hvd approprii.:ltions in excess of their need, in ~ccounts that
