A RESOLUTIOilJ of the Board of County. Commissioners of Jefferson County,
emf'loying counsel for certain services in connection \'lith
the issuance and sale of $22,000 of fundinE bonds of the
county.
'.v:-!EREAS Jefferson County now has approximately $21,500 of current expense regis-
tered 3% ':tarf'ants issued for regularly budgeted e,md.nistrative pur[Joses during'; t.he year
1950 \-hich <"re now outstanding, for \'.hich it has no money to pay; and
\vHEREAS, it is deemed necessary and advisable that funds to pay t.he same be raised
by the issuance of general oblir;ation fundine bonds in the principHl sum of $22,000; and
T,',1J-IEREAS, it is further deemed necessar;! and advisable that hrmd counsel skilled in
such matters be retained to draw the resolutions, notices anri other document.s necessary
for the issuance of said fnnding bonds, and to /3;i ve their opinion as to the v'1lid:i. ty of
