the United States Bureau of Public Roads, is desirous of receivin~ FederDl Funds for the
improvement of said road, and
WHEREAS, the said Bureau of Public Roads of the Department of Commerce of the United
States of America will not particir,ate in t.he construction of said roan until and unless I
the County of Jefferson will aeree t.o refrain from ilerm:Jtting encroachment \lpon the right
of way of said above-mentioned road, and until and unless the C01mt/ of Jeffer:;on \'lill " '
