i'lHEREAS, it appears to the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners
of the State of Washington, that it is to the best interests of said
County and the people thereof, that the hereinafter described real eDtate,
lands and premises acquired and owned by said County, by virtue of Tax

WHEREAS, under and by virtue of the terms of that certain agreement made and
entered into by and between the County of Jefferson and the State of Washington! acting
through its Department of Highways and the Director thereof, under date of Apri 18,
1951, the State will act as agont for the County of Jefferson in the participation of
said County with the Bureau of Public Rouds undor the provisions of the Federal Aid
Road Act of 1950, for the construction of project No.
